A charter member of the Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors, Alvin received his Land Surveyor's Licence in 1969. Alvin is also a registered Professional Engineer. In 1980, Mark Penn took over Pennco Land Surveying from his father, Alvin. After attending Oklahoma State in Oklahoma City, Mark received his Land Surveyor's Licence in 1979. With over 30 years of surveying experience Mark has owned and operated Pennco Land Surveying since 1980. Dustin Penn is a 3rd generation Land Surveyor. With over 10 years of on the job experience. Dustin attended classes at Tulsa Community College for Land Surveying and Drafting. We at Pennco look forward to assisting you with all your Engineering and Land Surveying needs.
